"My name is Ronnie Rothstein and I am the owner of Kleinfeld Bridal and Say Yes To The Dress….Kleinfeld is rated as high as it gets for its customers’ experiences with us…..I want to acknowledge for its superb customer service a company I have never worked with before the last few days….Elite Medical Supply who I found on line three days ago whenI fell and broke my knee cap…..Their employee Katie spent an hour on the phone with me on Friday going over my diagnosis and fedexed to me an appropriate knee immobilizer which I received on Saturday…..Over the weekend I was called by Chris who is a doctor and works for Elite who said that he would visit me at my home today to make sure the immobilizer was perfect for my condition and that it properly fitted me…..Chris spent a good hour with me and decided to use a different knee brace on me which is more effective for my condition…..he took back the original brace…..Both Katie and Chris were as professional and as caring as it gets….I judge a company by its employees with whom I work…..I lucked out to find a superb, customer friendly company….Thanks Elite and Katie and Chris❤️"
