Cervical Traction

Cervical spine traction can be achieved in the supine (laying down) and ambulatory (walking and standing) positions. Cervical traction increases the intervertebral disc space and relieves pressure applied on the nerve root, which often leads to a reduction in pain which promotes recovery.
